I love the community of CrossFit, you can go mostly go anywhere in the world now and do CrossFit, it’s is a universal language
How long have you been coaching at CrossFit Leyland?
I have been coaching since the doors opened In November 2012
What is your favourite class to teach?
I love teaching CrossFit…but i do have a love for kettlebells
If you had to sum CrossFit up in 3 words what would they be?
Community
Challenging
Scalability
What would your advice be to our members in terms of their training?
Work on movements you can’t do and identify why you can’t do them, then work that element e.g. strength, mobility etc
Try and remember to incorporate rest into your training, it’s one of the most important things about training and is greatly overlooked.
Don’t put too much pressure on yourself….try and enjoy it.
