On Saturday 23rd April we will be holding our in-house CrossFit Competition (for members of CrossFit Leyland only).
It will run from 10-4pm.
The competition will have 2 categories (RX’d & Scaled) meaning everyone in the gym can participate.
This will be an opportunity to come together as a community & embrace what CrossFit is all about.
The cost of entry will be £20.00 including an All-stars t.shirt (£15.00 without a t.shirt)
We have managed to secure some brilliant prizes for the event from a variety of sponsors: Rocktapeuk, SGF speed ropes, Icon nutrition & Rawnola.
A sign up sheet is now on the notice board by the office, if you would like to sign up please fill in all the required details. Payment is needed by the 1st April.
Hope to see lots of you signing up. Last years competition was a great success and so much fun.

“When I entered last years All-stars I had only joined CFL a couple of months before. Some of the movements I had never even tried before but the coaches talked me through everything and I was completely surprised to win the scaled category! This year I will be entering the RX category so i’m looking forward to seeing where I stand with the rest of the gym and how much I have improved in the last 12months.”
