Olympic Lifting is not only a huge part of CrossFit, it is also a fantastic form of exercise no matter what your exercise background. Our 9-week lifting course will give you the opportunity to develop your skill set and even set some PB’s.

 

The course will be 9 weeks with sessions running for 90 minutes each saturday led by coach Matt Dewhurst, this is with the exception of our 4 hour lifting workshop on Saturday 17th October which will be led by guest coach Pete brzezinka.

 

During this 9 week course both members & non-members will be able to access the CrossFit Leyland Olympic Classs as an addition to help further devlop skills & to test the success of the course attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an Olympic Lifting competition at the end of the 9 week period.
